How the estimate works
- The receiving agent earns a commission: sale price × commission rate.
- That agent pays a referral fee to Just Referred: commission × referral fee percentage.
- You receive 80% of the referral fee, and Just Referred keeps 20%.
Example: a $500,000 sale at 2.5% is a $12,500 commission. A 25% referral fee is $3,125, of which an estimated $2,500 goes to you and $625 to the brokerage.
