Who sends the referrals?
Just Referred agents are licensed Nevada real estate agents who work on a referral-only basis. They do not list or show homes themselves. When a friend, family member, or past client needs a full-service agent, they refer that client to a Partner Realtor like you.
What does it cost to join as a Partner Realtor?
Nothing upfront. There is no registration fee and no monthly cost. The referral fee is only paid when a referred transaction closes, per the written referral agreement.
How are referrals matched to me?
Referrals are matched by location and fit. When a referral agent submits a client in your market, the referral is offered to a registered Partner Realtor who serves that area.
When is the referral fee paid?
At closing, through escrow, according to the referral agreement signed before the client is introduced. You never invoice or chase the fee yourself.
Do I need to be a REALTOR to register?
You need an active real estate license in good standing in the state where you serve clients. REALTOR membership is not required to receive referrals, though many partner agents hold it.
How do I sign up?
