When submitting a referral through Just Referred, please provide as much information as possible about the client, including their full name, contact details, location, and a brief description of their real estate needs. The more details you include, the better we can ensure a smooth handoff to a qualified agent. If you do not have a specific agent in mind, Just Referred will select a vetted, full-time professional REALTOR® on your behalf. A Referral Agreement will be sent via DocuSign to all parties involved, and you will receive a copy once it is fully executed. We encourage you to stay in contact with the receiving agent throughout the process, and receive updates and confirm the transaction's closing date. Referral fees are paid upon closing and are split 80% to you, the referring agent, and 20% to Just Referred to cover administrative costs.
