Terms & Conditions

Agent Application & Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Agent Requirements & Eligibility

• Must hold an active real estate license
• License must remain current and in good standing
• New agents who just passed exam may apply with pending license
• Must comply with real estate regulations

2. Commission Structure & Payments

• Commission Split: 80% to agent, 20% to Just Referred
• Payments processed within 5 business days of commission receipt
• Direct deposit required for all commission payments
• 1099 tax forms issued annually by January 31st
• No advances or draws against future commissions

3. Referral Process & Requirements

• Provide professional representation to all referral clients
• Submit regular progress reports on active referrals
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

4. Membership Fees & Plans

• Monthly Plan: $12.95 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $125 per year, billed annually
• Fees are non-refundable and due on the billing date
• Membership may be suspended for non-payment
• Price changes require 30-day advance notice

5. Application Review & Approval

• Applications reviewed within 24-48 hours
• License verification required before approval
• Just Referred reserves right to deny any application
• Incomplete applications will be returned

6. Professional Standards & Conduct

• Maintain highest ethical and professional standards
• No solicitation of other agents' clients
• Represent Just Referred professionally in all interactions
• Report any legal or licensing issues immediately

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Client information treated as strictly confidential
• Data used only for referral purposes
• Compliance with privacy laws required
• No sharing of client data with third parties
• Secure handling of all personal information

8. Modification & Governing Law

• Terms may be modified with 30-day notice
• Agreement governed by state law
• Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
• Venue for legal proceedings: Clark County
• Severability clause applies to all provisions
